1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Kinetiq Design Services provides a platform for managing rendering requests. Customers submit design files (SketchUp models or reference images) and select rendering styles. Kinetiq Group staff produce photorealistic renderings based on the submitted designs and selected styles.

3. User Accounts

Access to certain features requires authentication via email verification. By providing your email address, you consent to receiving verification codes and workflow notification emails. We do not store passwords.

4. File Uploads and Storage

Files uploaded to the service are stored securely on Amazon S3. You retain ownership of all files you upload. By uploading files, you grant Kinetiq Group a non-exclusive license to process, store, and deliver renderings based on your submissions.

5. Rendering Services

Rendering output is produced by Kinetiq Group staff using professional rendering software. Turnaround times are targeted at 24 hours but not guaranteed. You may accept or reject preview renderings. Accepted renderings are considered final deliverables.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to your uploaded designs. Kinetiq Group retains rights to the rendering styles in the gallery. Rendered output based on your designs belongs to you upon acceptance.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rendering quality is subject to the complexity of the design and the selected style.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kinetiq Group be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
